This is my foot, a few days after the sprain. Along with ice and heat, I have kept it in a bandage as much as possible. The brown/purple that you see is bruising. It is along the bottom of my foot and across my toes. Gross but true. This picture was taken by my roomate. Right now I have only a slight limp.

foot update
