My chair
I saw a picture of this chair on a website for book lovers. It is made by a company in Italy and costs a bundle. I still found it intriguing, as it is able to hold many books and looks like a lot of fun. It comes with a similar ottoman. I will admit that I do wonder if it would be comfortable for me to sit in. When I read, I prefer to have my legs tucked up next to me.

Comfort is of upmost priority to me. This chair is interesting, but it would have to be in the middle of the room in order to access all the books. A great piece of art.
Maybe you could build one with access only on the sides and front and make it wider. If only we had tools .... a woodshop, maybe even a table saw would be enough...MDF and a great plan could be all we need. Maybe this winter you could take a shop class and build one!
